The main body material is box calf from CONCERIA VICTORIA, a tannery founded in 1946 in Santa Croce, central Italy, where many leather products are produced. Conceria Victoria started out as a vegetable tanner. Then, in the late 1960s, new tanning innovations started producing chrome tanned leather. Today, while following traditional tanning methods, we incorporate new things and ideas and continue to make improvements, resulting in the current tanning method that cannot be imitated anywhere else. We mainly produce leather using carefully selected raw hides from Italy, France, and other European countries. We have also been conscious of sustainability from an early stage and have been certified by ICEC (Italian organization that certifies the sustainability of tanneries). Using carefully selected raw leather from Slovenia that is most suitable for aniline finishing, it is finished with wax and aniline to give it a cordovan-like appearance. This box calf has a finer texture than cordovan, and is not only elegant but also allows you to enjoy aging. He uses his EXCELLA manufactured by YKK, which has carefully polished each and every zipper element.
