master-piece rise (ver.2) series is made with the brand’s original 3-layer fabric “MASTERTEX,” which combines high-level durability, water resistance, and water repellency. The attached leather parts use leather that has passed the “SCOTCHGARD” monitoring test, offering excellent waterproof performance.
This sling bag offers excellent functionality and practicality. It fits a tablet perfectly and features a 3-point joint belt system that prevents the strap from slipping off the shoulder.
Product Description
The main fabric is produced at a certified factory that meets the production and quality standards of INVISTA’s CORDURA® brand fabric. It is woven using 840d warp yarn and 420d weft yarn, with two twisted strands of Hollofil Air™ (hollow 66 nylon yarn) doubled together. This fabric meets CORDURA® brand standards and offers excellent resistance to abrasion, tearing, and wear.
The back side is PU-coated and laminated with a special breathable waterproof film L-VENT®, further enhancing water resistance. A tricot nylon layer is bonded to create a 3-layer structure. This is master-piece’s original fabric “MASTERTEX-09™,” combining durability, water resistance, and water repellency.
The attached leather uses high-quality North American steer leather. During the tanning process, a 3M waterproofing agent is added into the drum to deeply penetrate the leather. After dyeing and oil finishing to build the base, an additional 3M waterproof spray is applied in the final stage to further enhance water resistance.
This leather has passed the 3M “SCOTCHGARD®” monitoring test for water and stain resistance. The test is conducted even after the surface is shaved, ensuring the effect does not easily diminish.
The bottom and other reinforced areas use INVISTA’s 1680d CORDURA Ballistic® nylon, which offers approximately five times the abrasion, tear strength, and durability of regular nylon. PVC coating is applied to the back to further improve strength and water resistance.
For enhanced comfort, the shoulder harness cushioning incorporates Outlast®, a temperature-regulating material originally developed for NASA. The mesh material used is finer and softer than previous versions for improved comfort against the skin.
The shoulder straps are equipped with master-piece’s original “m-strap” system, designed to reduce the perceived weight of carried items.
The lower part of the bag features an original looped tape woven with reflective slit yarn, enhancing visibility and safety at night.

Attention
This product is not completely waterproof. Please note that water may penetrate through stitching holes. If nylon material is left wet for a long period, the backing film may peel off or deteriorate, so be sure to dry it thoroughly before storage. The water-repellent treatment is applied to the surface and may gradually weaken due to friction and use. Dust and dirt accumulation may also reduce water repellency. After use, gently brush off dirt and regularly apply a commercially available water-repellent spray.

Before use, read the instructions carefully and test spray on an inconspicuous area first. The attached leather may show natural wrinkles or scratches inherent to genuine leather. Please note that color transfer or discoloration may occur due to friction. As natural leather is used, exposure to rain or water may cause stains.
