Payment Timing

• Credit Card: You will be charged after the product has been shipped. The actual billing date may vary depending on your credit card company. If the delivery date is more than one month after your order, the charge may be made before the product arrives.

• COD: Payment must be made upon delivery.

Delivery Time
If no delivery date is specified, products will be delivered within approximately 1 to 7 days after ordering. If a date is specified, please select a date between 3 to 7 days after placing your order. Due to logistics circumstances, we may not always be able to accommodate your requested date. Products will be shipped within 7 days of your order.

Delivery Method
All products are delivered by Sagawa Express.

Returns & Exchanges
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving the product with the following information:

1. Order number, your name, and phone number

2. Whether you want a return or exchange and the reason

3. Product name, price, and quantity

4. Your bank information (for returns only): bank name, branch, account type, account number, and name in katakana

Please ship the item back within 10 days after receiving our return confirmation email.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• Items that show obvious signs of use or wear

• Items damaged or soiled after receipt

• Items missing tags or accessories

• Washed items

• Items returned in a condition significantly different from delivery, including the packaging and accessories Exchanges are limited to color or size changes of the same item number. Exchanges for different products are not accepted.

Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days via email. Return the item using "cash on delivery" (COD) to the address below. We will send a replacement free of charge, or refund if stock is unavailable.

International Orders
We ship internationally from Japan. A tracking number will be provided via email after shipment. Average delivery time is 5–7 business days.

• Please note we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times for international shipments.

• Orders with overseas delivery addresses can only be paid by credit card.

Duties & Taxes
Products are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Depending on the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply at the time of clearance. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

If you refuse to pay duties or taxes, the shipping and return fees will be borne by you.

Please do not return any packages before contacting us. Instruct the courier to hold the package until we can assist you. Automatically returning a package may incur significant return costs.

Orders from overseas

We will deliver from Japan to an address designated overseas. After the product is shipped, we will contact you by email with the tracking number of your package.
The average delivery time is 5-7 business days after ordering is completed.

・Even if you specify a date or time, we cannot deliver the product on the specified date or time if you place an order from overseas.
・If your registered address is overseas, only credit card payments can be made.

Customs and consumption tax

Products will be shipped under the following conditions:

Shipping to the US：DDP (Customs Tax Delivery(Tax included))
Shipping to other countries：DDU (Customs duty unpaid delivery(excluding customs duties))

Depending on the country of delivery, customs duties and import taxes may be incurred during customs clearance. Please note that the amount subject to tax will be determined at the time of customs clearance. If customs duties or consumption tax are incurred, you will be required to pay the item when you receive it. The responsibility for payment of these duties and taxes is strictly at the recipient, not the MSPC product.

Taxes and duties may vary widely depending on the location. For more information, please contact your local customs office. If you refuse to pay customs duties, you will be responsible for shipping costs from Japan to your country and the cost of returning it to Japan.

Please do not return the package before contacting us.
Please ask that your package be stored at the post office/logistics company until you contact us to outline the situation. If you automatically return the package to Japan, you will have to pay a considerable amount of money to cover the return costs.

Return conditions from overseas
Packages without a return approval number will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns that show signs of wear, damage or abuse.
Items must be returned along with everything included in the original shipment. This includes the invoice, product box, original tags and free gifts received at the time of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for products that are poorly packaged or uninsured.
Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were originally shipped from master-piece ONLINE STORE.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Orders received after this date will not be eligible for refunds, replacements or repairs.

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred upon return.
